A busy week, with some travel. This week I

• Had a conversation with a researcher at Utrecht University starting research into ‘alternative’ smart city narratives
• Spent a day for a province on an open data portal procurement process
• Went to Germany to speak at an event about digitisation in the German energy sector.
• Spent a day for another province working on a variety of open data and digital transformation topics
• Spent a day with my daughter
• Reviewed once more the terms of reference, planning and contract for an upcoming engagement in SE Asia
• Had a pre-event dinner Friday evening
• Spent the weekend hosting IndieWebCamp Amsterdam
