That holds true the other way. What does get measured, and how that is measured, is as much a political choice as what doesn’t. Metric design is political, also in the private sector. #ethicsbydesign

@darkgreener Tricky. It’s difficult to avoid the inference that some gaps in public data are mixed up with political choices (such as austerity cuts and privatisation), and the desire to avoid scrutiny of policy failures.
