Some links I thought worth reading the past few days
- Via Jeroen de Boer, a blogpost that combines Doctorow’s writing and tactical tech’s Data Detox, so what’s not to like. The Data Detox kit has been recently translated into Dutch by my Library Service Fryslan colleagues. Ben je Nederlands, kijk er dan eens naar. - Alberto (who was at STM18), shared this very useful write-up, on how social innovation is the new democratic participation (a cornerstone of networked agency that way), and how locations play an increasing role. I feel this is a logical extension. When the lines between activities blur, this will happen for the spaces we use too. Spaces are a factor in building community of practice, and the points Alberto articulates illustrate it.
