Had a (silent) spam call from Iran today, spoofing a Dutch country code prefix, which resolved to an Iranian number. A first for me. Had to look up the country code (98).

@odd I had missed the original call as I was boarding a train, but was expecting a call from someone I didn’t have the number for so within a minute I called back assuming it was the person I’d expected a call from. During the call back the number changed into country code for Iran, Khuzestan region.
