    • I’ve heard that countries that say 2m assume people will in practice do less than that, say 1.5m, so they built that assumption of people not strictly adhering to it into the guideline. The Dutch can likewise be expected to not strictly adhere to such a rule, but on the other hand will, when the rule is 2m, loudly demand scientific proof that 2m would be needed and not accept that it contains a bit of slack to compensate for their lax handling of rules. 😀
