I found a similar thing: I blogged more in 2017 than in any year for the previous 10. This coincides with quiting social media altogether.
Very interesting… gets me thinking I should follow more of your advice rather than just the blog posts 😉
There’s certainly a correlation between FB as a distraction and my blogging frequency. Now, apart from the dopamine addictive qualities of FB, other aspects may have played a role that translate both into not seeking FB distractions and more productive blogging. Less hectic projects e.g. (Beware if you do start following my advice, I may have to start invoicing you 😉 )
