Käsefondue

When in Switzerland, do as the Swiss do. This is my close friend Patrick preparing a Swiss cheese fondue. Part Gruyere, part Emmentaler, and part Vacherin Fribourgois, finished of as you can see with a shot of Kirsch brandy.
