Near Loenen there is a war cemetery. Hidden in the woods are some 3000 graves. Notice the large cultural difference in how the Dutch and e.g. the Americans (thumbnail: Margraten Cemetery) treat their war deads. A cemetery as a place of rest, or as a place of national worship.
